Waiting for your taxi is now a lot safer, and more comfortable. Set up 'Taxi Arrived' alerts of your mobile or home telephone.
Don't wait in the wet. Don't stand in the cold. Avoid waiting alone in the dark. Use 'Pauls Taxis - Taxi Arrived' service. We will let you know when your Taxi has Arrived and is waiting for you. It's the simple way to ensure a good holiday starts and ends a good holiday, a good night out starts and ends in a good night out. Wherever you are going we will let you know when your taxi has arrived.
The service is a free facility available to all our customers. No more standing or waiting outside.
To Activate The 'Taxi Arrived' Service:
Mobile Phones:
Please enter 07957 610 610 into your mobile phone under the name 'Taxi Arrived'. Having done this, book your taxi in the usual manner on 01283 500 600 and ask the Operator for the 'Taxi Arrived' service, leaving them your mobile number.
When your taxi is outside the driver will activate the 'Taxi Arrived' service, your mobile phone will ring and you will see on your mobile that your 'Taxi has Arrived'. Please answer your telephone so that the operator can tell your driver that you are on your way to your designated pick up point.
Home Phones:
Please book your taxi in the usual manner on 01283 500 600 and ask the Operator for the 'Taxi Arrived' service, leaving them the home number of the premises at which you are to be collected.
When you taxi is outside the driver will activate the 'Taxi Arrived' service, your home phone will ring. Please answer your telephone so that the Operator can inform you that your 'Taxi has Arrived'. You will then be able to find your taxi outside your premises.
